She runs late but in exchange she spends whatever time is necessary with you and that is most likely what she was doing with the other patients that made her late so that is ok with me.

The physician appeared to be competent, but the office staff could not have been worse, It's not that they were directly insulting, it is just that nothing ever gets done - such as returned calls, returned diagnosis results, or whatever, you name it. Eventually we just gave up on her You must blame the doctor as well for such incompetence of her office staff. She cannot be totally ignorant of this.

Office has very poor communication skills, specially when communicating over the telephone. Follow-up interactions were unsatisfactory . Seems to have a very poor interaction between staff and Physician, therefore patient suffers. There were no follow up suggestions for prevention, although adequate antibiotics were eventually prescribed.

The doctor was relatively good, however, staffs aren't. Once they lost my appointment with Dr Giuenenfelder, so I had to reschedule another appointment. The doctor was supposed to send me referral for a nephrologist, however, haven't received yet (I have been waiting about four months). Finally I had to call and complain about it, recently.
