Dr. Scott L Christensen, MD

I was referred to Dr. Christensen by my family doctor because my previous OB had moved out of state. I had conceived my 2nd child at a fertility clinic in Boise and Dr. Christensen had a great relationship with all of my other doctors. He went through my medical history with me and was very detailed by asking me lots of questions so he had the full picture of my needs. I was very high risk and he was very compasionate toward my concerns as well as educating me in what symptoms to look for with the problems that might occur. His intelligence and experience with my condition helped me better prepare for the birth of our son. His bedside manner at the office as well as the hospital was excellent, even when he had to deliver the bad news that our baby would be born with a birth defect (cleft lip and palate.) He and his staff were quick in coordinating appointments with other specialists in the area.His nurse JoLu is also excellent and so quick to answer any questions and returns… calls ASAP. Brenda who does the billing is excellent in working with my insurance company and making a payment plan for my portion of the charges.
