we love her. our daughter had a hard time gaining weight and we tried so many things including gastro dr. she truely wants to know what we were doing and even suggested us stopping the gastro dr bc she didnt think his methods were what my daughter needed. when we (wife and I) truely felt it was just a phase and the biggest problem was us going away from foods she loved (tofu, plain white rice) and instead were giving her oily fatty foods that she refused to eat more than a couple of bite, Dr Henkind had us come in for monthly weigh ins to chart the progress(no charge weigh ins mind you) and also had us call weekly to discuss how things were going. We always received a call back when we left a message on the weeks progress or lack of. We even would get a call just to say great job! sounds like shes doing great and we're gonna get past this. Huge fan, if you're lucky enough to live close(we're moving soon, but we will make the hr drive) then you'd be crazy not to try and become a… patient.
