Jenny Kaplan, MD, is a board-certified general surgeon who specializes in colon and rectal surgery. Dr. Kaplan treats all aspects of colon, rectal and anal diseases which include: anorectal concerns, colon cancer, Crohn's disease, diverticulitis, pelvic floor disorders, presacral masses, rectal cancer, rectal prolapse and ulcerative colitis. She uses minimally invasive techniques including laparoscopic, robotic and transanal approaches. Dr. Kaplan enjoys all aspects of her specialty, from cancer to hemorrhoids. She strives to ensure that her patients feel well cared for and listened to, and takes the time to understand how she can best use her skills to help them get better. Away from work, Dr. Kaplan enjoys traveling and spending time with family.

I am so fortunate to have found Dr. Kaplan. She has provided advice, testing, and guidance throughout my interactions with her. She explains everything clearly, including treatment options. I feel totally comfortable asking questions and trust her completely. She takes her time to be sure I understand everything and I have never felt rushed with her.
