Dr Koontz & her staff are womderful. She was very thorough with the issue found, very pleasant to talk to. We even had some laughs involved. She let me know my options, let me choose what I preferred at the time. They are very caring and they listen. I would recommend her for any knee issues.

Dr. Koontz gets a rating of 5 plus from me. She listens, explains the issue and the options for treatment including possible side effects and outcomes. She doesn't pressure for any particular treatment but let's me choose. My treatment has always been first rate. She is awesome.

Dr Koontz was every kind and helpful. I had to have fluid drained from my knee and then a cortisone shot. Even though some of it was painful, she talked me through everything as she was doing it. She had good bedside manners and I always appreciate that.

Dr Koontz is very pleasant, easy to converse with and efficient in detailing your options. I was pleased with her care. My wait time was short despite having a building check due to a fire earlier that morning. Everyone (support staff) were friendly and efficient.
