This office has horrible customer service manners. I was initially impressed with a couple of the doctors in the office, until I discovered that they DO NOT care about seeing sick newborns or young children if they are scheduled to leave or close at a specific time. They turned us away after having a mis understanding with the appointment time, they said that they will not take us after being 10 minutes late. They were very rude by saying so, had NO compassion or concern for my newborn son. They were only focused on getting out and closing on time for thte holiday weekend. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with the fact that they would turn away a baby. What caring doctor would do that? Apparently not the one that was working at the time we were scheduled. I will tell friends and family of my awful incident that occurred with this office and the in professionalism of their staff~ and highly steer anyone I know away from them. They don't care with their HEARTS, it's only a… paycheck to them ... Clearly! It's a shame that they could look a mother in her face and decline service to care for her PRECIOUS treasure.... An innocent baby.

She is a great doctor and works with Dr.Hickey, Very easy to talk to and very helpful. Supper nice lady and very smart.
