Dr. Jennifer Kim Lee, MD

If you’re looking for a colorectal surgeon, go to Dr. Lee. She is kind, caring, and has amazing bed side manners. She will take her time talking with you and answering all of your questions. I’m so thankful for her and her expertise. I trust her completely and couldn’t recommend her enough.

She saved my mom's life and completely changed her quality of life. She is seriously a miracle worker. Her bedside manner is kind, caring and thoughtful. She exhausts less invasive options instead of jumping straight to surgery. Ultimately surgery was our best option and she was phenomenal. It was a grueling ten hours (seriously, 10 hours!) getting rid of all the infection, and her colostomy - reattaching her colon. Additionally, she did it robotically which meant no large incisions, unlike her prior surgeries done (unsuccessfully) by a different surgeon. She gave my mom her life back. While I hope I never need her expertise, if anybody in my family ever does, she will be our first stop. I cannot recommend her enough.

Having my issue i had at 22 and needing surgery, dr lee was fantastic at asuring me things would be okay. We got the surgery done and the whole time she answered all my questions, even the ones i repeated! She did so calmly and clearly enough for me to understand. She explained to me all these things that i didnt know about and it really helps me manage this on my own. The actual office hours though are not ideal for a person who works all day during the day time. The first time i called to schedule the lady was very rude and not willing to help me with the schedule conflict. But, i havent heard her since! So if you can make it to see doctor lee, i dont think you would be disappointed! ??
