Glad to find her

I’m so glad she was my OB-GYM for my pregnancy and birth. She’s very kind and attentive. She made me feel at ease. She is very up to date. She is very responsive to patient messages. I have recommended her to other family members and friends.

She was insensitive and cold. I wouldn’t recommend her.

Medical visits make me highly anxious, and Dr. Litwin made me feel comfortable almost instantly for my first gyno appt. She asked what questions I had at pretty much every step, even busting some myths, never judged or rushed me, and explained things very clearly, including why she was making certain recommendations and what I can expect. I'm glad to have her as a doctor. The woman at checkout even helped schedule follow ups after the appt.

The nurse that checked me in was super friendly and thorough. Dr. Litwin was very attentive. I never felt rushed while she answered all of my questions.

Does not listen to the patient’s valid concern. Also rushes through visits.

Dr. Litwin, makes you wait for her well after your scheduled appointment time, then when she finally sees you, she rushes through the visit in about 5-10 min's. She didn't seem to particularly care about me, the patient as a whole. She wasn't sympathetic or understanding to my needs, concerns, and not willing to try other alternatives due to the high risks and side effects of her recommendations. What she decided was final, even when you tell her that her particular treatment approach was already tried, and wasn't successful. She talks down to you, and tells you, you are being rude and uncooperative, when she clearly sees you crying out of pain, frustration. Somehow whatever she documented for my visit, had such a negative impact that no other doctor would treat me at this particular location. She bluntly stated, that the doctor I chose for a 2nd opinion flat out refused to treat me, despite the fact that she repeatedly, and aggressively asked if I wanted to be referred to another… doctor. The doctor that I chose, his nurse told me that he was way overbooked, and didn't fill in cancellations. The web clearly stated that he took new patients, but for some reason that didn't apply to me. I hated to have to go back to her for his last visit, as she continued her quest for me to see another doctor. I will not be going back to her or the facility, and will make sure that St. Luke's South Hospital has lost a good paying patient because of her. I won't be recommending her to anyone. One other issue, when I scheduled this last visit, the staff told me that i couldn't be late, or I wouldn't be allowed to come back to St. Luke's South Hospital. That was the most absurd thing I had ever heard. In all my years of going to the hospital I have never been told I couldn't come back.
