Our licensed therapists specialize in anxiety therapy, trauma therapy, depression therapy, individual therapy, and couples counseling using insight-oriented, relational approaches that create lasting change, not just surface-level coping. We also provide sex therapy and immigration psychological evaluations for asylum, U Visa, and VAWA cases. As a women-owned, Latina-owned, and queer-affirming practice, we offer inclusive, identity-aware care in English and Spanish. We accept Aetna PPO and Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. In person in Chicago and telehealth across Illinois.
