I was referred to Jen a little over a year ago. During that whole time, she has been consistently upbeat, helpful and patient. It is rare to find a therapist who has just the right balance of knowledge and compassion. Jen has that. I cannot think of one session where I did not leave feeling better than when the session started. She is great about helping you to strengthen existing skills and is creative in helping you to develop new ones. Jen is a sincerely nice person and she is fun (very important when tackling tough topics). Having Jen as a therapist has made a tremendous difference in my life. I highly recommend her.
