Dr. Jennifer Laura Middleton, MD

Dr. Jennifer Middleton is a family medicine physician who earned her medical degree from Ohio State University College of Medicine & Public Health. With 23 years of experience in family medicine, she provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages. Dr. Middleton is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to serve a diverse patient population in the Columbus community.

Dr. Middleton practices at multiple locations throughout Columbus, Ohio, including Riverside Family Practice Center and has affiliations with Grant Medical Center, OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital, and OhioHealth Doctors Hospital.
