Dr. Jennifer Michele Moss, MD

Dr.Moss is the best OBGYN I have ever had she delivered my son and gave me my IUD after at my 6 week appointment. Her bed side manner can not be matched. I felt comfortable and safe in her hands I completely trusted her and now would not go to anyone else.

dr moss is wonderful , although her staff is very ugly. feel very judged and when i ask to speak to the dr the nurses tell me i can do that at my appointment. laura is one of the rudest nurses there.

Very disrespectful and rude staff. Dr.Moss has helped me through my first pregnancy all the way to the delivery date. She was pretty helpful and I appreciate that. The last time I went in to her office, though, I was quite disappointed to the point where I have considered going to another OB/GYN. I am pregnant with my second, sweet, baby and I have got to tell you, Moss was implying that my child was a mistake and accident. I had planned to stop taking birth control after a year and try to have another child. I can understand that the Dr. Is only concerned about my health and the baby's health so I'm more forgiving with her. But the lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I can't believe how she was acting. She made me feel like getting pregnant was the most stupidest and careless thing I could have done. I can honestly say if I get that same treatment from Dr. Moss's staff the next time I go in, I will change my Dr and not think twice about it. I am not obligated to get seen… anywhere but that of my own choosing. Overall, my experience was pretty disheartening the last time I went. I left my appointment crying and that's totally messed up. A baby is supposed to be a joy and a blessing. It should not be made out to be some kind of mistake and hated before it's even born!

Dr. Moss is the absolute best Dr I have had. She truely cares about her patients and is very loving. She has helped me through a miscarriage and also through full pregnancy. I will not use another Dr as long as she practices. I actually drive 2 hours to see here since she moved rather than find another Dr. I highly recommend her. She knows what she's doing and has the heart to do it.

Office visits take very little time, which is fantastic for this busy momma. Granted, I don't have any complications so there isn't much to discuss. In the hospital she sees all her patients so you don't have to worry about another doctor that you don't know taking care of you. She actually comes to see her patients and is very hands on compared to other providers I've had. Very knowledgeable and experienced. She is capable of doing versions, forceps, and vacuum deliveries if necessary. She is patient with laboring mommas and has a low C-section percentage. She ultimately gives you the labor and delivery experience that you want!

Takes over 3 weeks to get results back from a simple pap smear. Staff is rude, and disrespectful that is, when they take the time to even pick up the phone. They ALWAYS have trouble with my insurance because they enter the number wrong, this has happened 7 times now! If you cant enter a number into a system then I really question your ability to work in the health industry. Just pathetic!

Overworked doesn't listen and inserted the wrong IUD.
