Dr. Jennifer Ann Neff, MD

Dr Neff always makes you feel like you are important, you don’t feel rushed in and out but she’s very caring and thorough. Really cares about the whole person, not just one symptom/condition. Always looks deeper into the cause and it’s relationship to the condition/illness.

Great physician, trust her care. one complaint only. Have never seen her that she doesn't tell me how busy she is and how rushed. It makes me feel that unless my reason for being there is an emergency, I'm taking up her time.

Dr. Neff is kind, caring, compassionate, and always on top of the most current medical knowledge.. She really takes the time to talk to you and listen to your concerns. You instantly feel comfortable with her. I would recommend her to everyone I know. She takes really good care of me. I used to hate going to the doctor, but I actually look forward to seeing her.

She made the appointment go fast and easy, AND answered all my questions and related herself to me. She is very nice and has a great personality.

I met with Dr. Neff because she was filling in for my primary care who was on vacation. After seeing her nurse who took my basic information, she came in and reviewed my history and although I was late for my appointment (had to get a ride because I was too weak to drive) took the time with me needed, ordered needed tests that took place at the same location, and ordered a treatment right on sight that I desperately needed. After my lab work, she met with me again to review the results and prescribed treatment with instructions to see her in 2 days if I did not improve. I feel I haven't improved as hoped and have just made a follow up appointment that will take place within 2 hours of my call as was the case with the first visit. She has some history with eastern medicines and seems to be the right mix of eastern and western medicines. Although she is not a primary care doctor with Scripps who is my main service provider, I will leave them and go to whatever location she works at on a… regular basis. She is that good and caring. I highly recommend her and will transfer our other family member's care to her capable hands.
