Always pleased with this practice!!!!!

I am both a nurse and a hospital administrator, and Dr O'Hara has the best bedside compassion, and clinical skills. I bring my children to her and refer friends.

Made me feel at ease during a very difficult time in my life. Took time to answer all my questions. I really feel she cares about me. I have referred many friends to her and they all love her too.

It use to be an excellent practice but it went down hill quickly. Hardly any of the Doctors that use to be at the facility are there now. We have had to call numerous times on different occasions for results of tests. I have had to ask several times for copies of our testing with the staff promising me they would do it and not receiving the paperwork. I was warned to stay away and now I know why! The practice representatives need training in customer service, being pleasant and professional and on doing their job. I have no complaints on the Doctors except they should call you with the results of the tests immediately not make you wait.

Answered all questions, was not ruched. Overall a good visit.

she is excellent, kind careful, you never feel rushed...I feel lucky to have her manage my care
