Excellent bedside manner. Prompt and efficient but genuine in patient care.

Dr Ozan doesn’t listen - she is rude when she doesn’t understand something, and quite arrogant. I’ll never go go her again.

Dr. Ozan is a great listener, puts you at ease and has a great sense of humor...I would highly recommend her.

I had gone to a dermatologist for my acne problems earlier. When she asked whether I am on any medication, I said I have seen a dermatologist but have not started the medicine. Did not take any help but she billed me saying that she provided me with "Consultative service"?? Are you serious Dr Jennifer? A couple of follow-ups from my insurance provider did not change her stand. Jennifer Ozan - Would you like to confirm if you are in medical business or fleecing business??

I was referred to Dr. Ozan by Dr. Schooler because of uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts. The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Ozan was very patient and answered all my questions. She explained all my treatment options to me.

Dr. Ozan was great. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with her. I would recommend her to all my female friends.

No waiting. Explains procedures, what to do or not to do; potential concerns. Explains answers or suggests next steps if there is a concern.

I felt very with her and she explained everything that she was doing.

This was my 1st visit to this practice and Dr. Ozan. I am very pleased with the service and attention that I received from all staff from reception to nurse Ariel and especially Dr. Ozan. I am looking forward to a long patient/provider relationship there.
