Dr. Jennifer Lee Parent, MD

Been her patient for almost 20 yrs. She is very textbook not at all friendly or personal she doesn’t pick up the phone to call and just ordered his bloodwork and has her staff follow up or refer you to specialist as needed. Not warm and fuzzy at all and I always left there feeling a relief to be done with the visit

Dr. Parent was very dismissive of all of my concerns. I left feeling unheard and very uneasy about my current health condition. She very much just wanted to be done with my appointment. I was really disappointed after reading so many positive reviews.

Dr Parent works until 12:00 everyday and is impossible to see. I only see her for yearly checkups. I am 69 years old and am always sent to her PA for serious issues. I need to find a new doctor.

I have been a Patient here for a few years. Sometimes you do have to wait for an appointment but you can also go through urgent care if needed. The office staff and Dr. Parent have always been very courteous. They are very informative of wait times and do their best to stay on track. If they get delayed I don't mind because someday it might be me that she is delayed with telling me a diagnosis and making sure I clearly understand.

She didn't seem to care or help find out why I kept having to be admitted to hospitals for severe infections all the time. I was in ICU for 5 days for sepsis. She told me it was normal and everything was fine. She was also very condescending and unprofessional. After being sick for 6 years in and out of the hospital, I finally had enough and saw a new primary care physician who did extensive research and sent me the the right specialists and found out my underlying issue as to why I kept getting infections.

The office staff is rude and uncaring. Hard to get appointments and then you could wait over an hour for an appointment. The doctor is caring but her patient care and follow-up organization is the poorest I have experienced. The doctor does not return calls. You have to go in for a follow-up if you need an answer from last week's appointments.

The waiting period for appointments s bad, hard to get appointments. Phone calls are not returned even on urgent matters. The doctor is okay but has very poor and humiliating in office experience.
