I was there for my 6 mos check up. I checked in previously and when I arrived I was called in just as I had taken a seat. Dr Raffin talked with me regarding some concerns I had with my medication. She gave me a thorough understanding of the preventive measure and how it worked. I felted more at ease with continuing to take it. She's very easy to talk to and addressing your concerns. Dr. Raffin has been my primary care physician for over two decades. She has consistently been the best doctor I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Her professionalism is evident in her attentive care and effective communication. The staff at her practice is also exceptional, providing excellent support and ensuring a positive patient experience.

I was taken right on time for my visit. The nurse was very helpful in completing the paperwork & checking my prescriptions. Dr. Was very patient & answered all my questions & even came back in my room for a question I forgot to ask. Nurse Nichole that took my blood was fantastic. I told her I gave her a ten. She was very pleasant.
