Dr. Jennifer K Ripepi, MD

We went to this doctor and her bedside manner was disgusting!! She knows nothing about talking to children. She was rude, mean, and condescending to our children and to us as their parents. We left her practice after a few visits and will never return to her again. We would NEVER recommend her for any child. She made our children feel so bad about themselves we cannot believe she is a pediatritian! Stay away from this doctor!!! Having no doctor is better than having her!!

Dr Ripepi is fine if you have healthy children only requiring well visits. Everytime I have called with a sick child (high fever and vomiting-I am not a hypo ) to be seen, I am referred to the emergency room or med express. One of these times (against my better judgement but his dr. wouldnt see him so what was my option) my son was prescribed an anti biotic that we find he had an allergic reaction to. Still Dr Ripepi felt no need to see or examine him. I am in the process of changing doctors.

I have used Dr Ripepi since my child was born. She has a great location and a staff second to none.Dr Ripepi is prompt and relates to my child. She is simplistic in her review and loves to engage my child in any way possible. She remembers the details that make the experience special for my child.She is quite conservative in the use of medications, which I value and appreciate the she is not pushing meds on us. I recommend her any chance I get.

Staff is very friendly! Dr. Ripepi is very knowledgeable and answered any/all questions I had.

Not worth it just for the sake of convenience. Definitely not a good choice for working parents; will not schedule appointments after 3 p.m. Does not utilize medication, even under necessary circumstances. Not worth the risk. On a good note, you do not have to wait in the waiting room: in and out like McDonald's.

Overall the doctor is a great doctor but I was not happy with how they handled my situation. There was an issue with insurance and they were having trouble billing and they did not tell me and then they refused to see my son when he needed shots, had a double ear infection for the second time with in a month and he had a horrible rash on his body.
