Dr. Jennifer Renee Roller, MD

It is as if the Doctor got her degree out of a cereal box. Both doctor and office manager Jada looked like they rolled out of the trailer park. Terrible communication. No knowledge of conditions. Sad addition to Dade city.

Dr. Roller and Sally are great! They are so nice, and I really like the consistency of always having them both there (as opposed to the larger, more impersonal drs offices with multiple receptionists, nurses, etc). I don’t understand the negative comments about Sally that other people have written in their reviews - she is so caring and helpful - and phenomenal at drawing blood, always makes it easy and painless! I feel really comfortable with Dr. Roller - she is friendly, skilled/gentle at procedures, and always takes the time to listen and explain everything. Wish she could be my primary care!

I honestly think Dr. Roller is an exceptional OBGYN. I have seen many comments about her receptionist and yes it can be hard to get through on the phone but what many don’t know is the receptionist wears many hats. She takes blood, urine and sends labs, she runs insurance, takes vitals, schedules appts and probably more. I’ve seen her do many jobs. Ms. Sally is just busy and juggling many task but I do believe she is caring based on interacting with her.

Dr. Roller is probably the best Doctor I’ve ever had. From the moment you first meet her you feel how caring she is for her patients. Wish she was a primary care physician as well.

She not only took care of my problem but gave advice on how to proceed from there.

I love Dr. Roller, but her receptionist is so rude to me on the phone. Every time I call she rushes me off and there is no other way to get into contact with Dr. Roller except through Sally. I wonder if Dr. Roller knows she’s ruining her business.

I love Dr. Roller but had many issues with Sally at the front desk. She is super rude, has a tone when she talks to you and never listens to what you have to say. She made going and calling the doctor absolutely MISERABLE. Not professional at all.

She has always made the environment comfortable! Even for me, my first visit was at 18yrs old to now 23 yr old. Always patient and listens well and good advice so far!
