Friendly and very concern about your eyes only down size is wait time, but she is so good she does have many patients

I am extremely satisfied with the care I have received from Jennifer Schneider. She is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely attentive to her patients. What I appreciate most is the way she takes the time to explain everything clearly and in a way that is easy for me to understand. She makes sure I feel informed and comfortable, and I never feel rushed during my appointments. Her professional staff is also friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Wait times can sometimes be a little long, but I believe that may be because she does not rush through her patients and takes the time to provide thorough, personalized care. Her professionalism and expertise give me great confidence in my care. I truly appreciate her kindness, patience, and dedication, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent ophthalmologist.

Dr Schneider is proficient and kind. Three stars is due to overbooking and spending 3 hours for an appt. Feels like money is the driver with overbooking. I know this as another individual had appts at same time for Dr Schneider as I did. Considering another practice due to wait time. Individuals in office and the hall of fame discuss same concerns.

It went well. I trust her wholeheartedly. All visits are productive. She shows a great love and concern for her patients. I'm constantly referring different ones to her because I think she's the G.O.A.T in all of Virginia.(eye drs)

It was very well organized both times.

I have received excellent care from Dr. Schneider. My rating is based on my being in the office for over two hours for an annual checkup. The practice is either short handed or overbooking. The waiting area in the hallway was crowded and uncomfortable.

Check up was fine but Dr. Schneider wants to get me an appointment with a specialist. I haven’t heard back if Dr. Schneider has arranged this appointment for me.
