Great dr and staff. Very knowledgeable.

Dr Schneider was great with answering all of our questions. We left feeling good about our visit.

Dr Schneider is proficient and kind. Three stars is due to overbooking and spending 3 hours for an appt. Feels like money is the driver with overbooking. I know this as another individual had appts at same time for Dr Schneider as I did. Considering another practice due to wait time. Individuals in office and the hall of fame discuss same concerns.

It went well. I trust her wholeheartedly. All visits are productive. She shows a great love and concern for her patients. I'm constantly referring different ones to her because I think she's the G.O.A.T in all of Virginia.(eye drs)

It was very well organized both times.

I have received excellent care from Dr. Schneider. My rating is based on my being in the office for over two hours for an annual checkup. The practice is either short handed or overbooking. The waiting area in the hallway was crowded and uncomfortable.

Check up was fine but Dr. Schneider wants to get me an appointment with a specialist. I haven’t heard back if Dr. Schneider has arranged this appointment for me.

Dr Schneider is friendly, very thorough and always answers questions I may have.

Everyone was very helpful and very nice visit was great fix my problem doc was great and answered all questions and her staff was great with answering all my questions. Great experience.

My experience with Schneider eye care has been great overall. All of the staff are always friendly and helpful. In particular, Doctor Schneider’s Physician’s Assistant (I think his name is Tyler) is excellent, very attentive and thorough in his approach. My only negative reaction is waiting in that hallway, which causes me to feel like I’m back in grade school waiting to see the principal. Again, I find the practice to be positive and would rate it a 4.5.
