Professiona, knowledgeable, took the time to answer my questions. Resolved my skin issue to my complete satisfaction. Staff was also very friendly.

Dr. Soung is has poor manners and is arrogant. There are many other highly qualified Dermatologist to see, than her.

Would not recommend. The staff was rude when it was their mistake in scheduling the appointment. I had to take time off of work and on the day of the appointment. They said the doctor was not there and they did not have me down on the appointment. Not once did they apologize for their mistake. They also said they would have called/emailed appointment reminders, but they never did and they had the audacity to lie. I have my call log.

I used to see Dr. Soung for accutane treatment. She is the worst doctor I have ever seen. I am a medical professional and I have never seen such disrespect! She delegated the task of entering my lab values to her staff member, but on two occasions that did not do so. As a result, I had to re do labs twice! She never apologized for her mistake and charged me for the extra visits.
