Dr. Jennifer Swoboda, MD

Saw her for the birth of my first son. She was either on/friendly or aloof during my appointments. The birth of my son was an unsettling experience. She was on call for the 30 hour labor but left everything to the nurses....she checked on me once in the 30 hours of labor. I ended up having a C - Section that could have been called sooner if she was present....... as my sons heart rate was irregular. For a first time mother, this was a very traumatic experience.

Dr, Swaboda talks with you not at you. She spends time and makes sure all of your questions are answered before going on to the next step. She is very smart and makes sure you get the best care possible. It's hard to find a doctor that you can be comfortable with and confident in. I miss her!

I was very surprised to see the negative comments on Dr. Swoboda. This is my second time seeing her and her bedside manner is great. I didn't feel like she rushed me out. She sat down and went over everything. I would recommend her to anyone.

Very insensitive staff. Do not care about people's needs - just wants to get rid of you and on to the next person. For a doctors office - no people skill manners.

Great Doctor

She seems to have a calming demeanor. I love most nurses. Well, all have been friendly. She isn't one to step out of the box or try to help one look deeply for a solution (maybe it was just with me.) Without tearing her down, I will say this. I feel she is indeed rushed. I feel she doesn't at all love what she does. She might have a good personality, but it started to seem like a front. She has gotten impatient with me and said something counter point to what I thought to be true. Well, she insisted this one treatment was wrong. I went home and eventually googled it. In forums, doctors do it all the time. This makes me think she didn't want to do it for me. Not sure why. Or that she isn't experienced. It isn't the only treatment she doesn't seem to be happy to do for me. What is the problem, here?

Staff seemed ok. Was surprised about her wanting to do a procedure before following up with another pap. Spoke with friends about this before the procedure and they were surprised as well. Needless to say after more research I cancelled the procedure and am going elsewhere. Wondering if it was a money thing since her office is in Celebration.

I recently went through a pregnancy and delivery with Dr Swoboda. She is a fantastic doctor in all respects. She is very knowledgable and professional, she is confident and not overly reactionary (like many doctors I have been to). She actually listens to me when I explain issues, problems, etc. And she has wonderful bedside manner, her presence is calming and compassionate. Her office keeps appointment times very prompt. I feel very blessed to have finally found a great doctor.

Dr. Swoboda has been such a blessing in my life. I used to go to Celebration OB/GYN in Celebration Hospital, but got tired of the carelessness of the staff, and the wait times. Dr. Swoboda and Judy have both been very supportive with my condition, and I would not go to anyone else. Dr. Swoboda is caring and takes her time with each patient. I will gladly recommend her to anyone.
