Dr. Jennifer Lee Tran, MD

Dr. Tran has performed two Mohs procedures on me on my nose in 2017 and my cheek in 2019. These were for basal cell carcinoma and her surgical expertise remarkable. She FB is also certified as a plastic surgeon and very careful to explain the procedure, potential scarring, and has a great, quick surgical skill. I trust per professional and surgical judgements completely.

The new office is clean and the staff is friendly. Sometimes I wait 15 min, other times it's more due to the doctor having to deliver a baby. The staff warns me if that happens when I check in. Jennifer speaks excellent English which is a bonus compared to my other doctors which I have a difficult time understanding. She takes time to answer and explain things. I never feel rushed or doubtful after seeing her. She also gives me options and doesn't tell me this is the only way things are done. The office is up to date with it's technology and equipment which is something I like. It's like going to a dentist and seeing old equipment scares me. Urine samples, check ups, pap smears, physicals are done at the office. Other lab work, ultrasound and vaccinations are referred to other places like quest diagnostics, magella, etc. And yes, lab work takes a few days to a week to result, but the doctor has no control over that. I highly recommend her. It's sad the other review gave… her 2 stars not based on her but because of an outside lab. They should have gone to a different review site for labs and rated the 2 star there.
