I received a Visit Summary that listed items which were not discussed with me. I was especially interested in the results of a sleep apnea test, but she was unable to pull up the results and said she would call me that afternoon or the next day to discuss them. She never did.

After discussing that the CT scan was clear and that I had not experienced any benefit from Albuterol—so I stopped using it—the provider still ordered me a new Albuterol prescription with a copay. I'm not sure how else to express that I do not need or want the medication.
