Dr. Jennifer Quasem, MD

Dr Jennifer Quasem was my grandmother’s provider during her inpatient stay at Hollywood Presbyterian Hospital in North Hollywood. My first experience with her was when she walked in to my grandmothers room, did not even introduce herself, & very rudely told me that my grandma has had a discharge order and she needs to leave. As I was confused about the situation as it was my first time taking to her, I began to ask questions and she told me to stop pretending to be confused. I was genuinely trying to understand the situation which is what I said to her but she ended up walking out of the room without even letting me finish my sentence. I did say to her at some point that I am not sure why she is treating me this way & I still tried to reason with her but she was distraught & upset. I understand she may have been frustrated with the situation of discharge but her bedside manner and her inability to be professional was incredibly shocking. I would never see this doctor again - stay away.
