Dr. Jenny Hyppolite, MD

Potential personal issues overshadowing her professionalism. After ten years, I had to switch doctors. She exhibited annoyance and frustration when trying to explain issues that my endocrinologist felt should be addressed by primary care. Told “I run a tight ship” after I got stuck in highway traffic and was 7 minutes late; told to reschedule appointment. Saw me when I would not reschedule but was rude and disrespectful. However kept me waiting 20 minutes for next appointment explaining another patient kept her on the phone. Never followed upon an emergency department visit which is normal protocol. Staff always respectful, alluded to doctors personal issues. Needs oversight in PCP routine procedures.

Dr. Jenny Hyppolite is a godsend. She is patient and listens thoroughly to my issues. I never feel rushed; I feel well taken care of by her and her helpful staff. She is easy to communicate with and gets back to me promptly when I have concerns or problems. She and her staff are very professional and kind . GC Stamm

Treats patients like numbers. Her nurses and staff are even worse. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, and are rough with patients. I would not recommend this doctor or office to anyone.

No one in the office smiles or looks at you when they talk at you. Yes, at you. Physician did not wash or sanitize hands between patients, berated for being a few minutes EARLY to my ‘appointment time’ because they “call and ask everyone to come 10 minutes early.” If I could be there ten minutes earlier I would have made my appointment for ten minutes earlier. Not pleased with this office. Location is nice, staff seems very unhappy.

Dr. Jenny is very attentive and positive to Senior patients. She listens carefully and is very thorough and interested in finding out exactly what is going on. She gives exceptional care to her patients.
