[name] was extremely nervous and afraid of any kind of medical visits, until we moved here and started seeing Dr. Zhu. She is like a different kid at appointments now! Dr. Zhu is so good with [name], she listens to everything she has to say, and is gentle with her during exams. [name] actually got excited to go to her appointment this time, and that has never happened.
