She was also inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. Dr. Henry then completed both orthopedic residency training and foot & ankle fellowship at HSS. Dr. Henry centers her care and expertise around treating her patients, and strives to improve patient outcomes and function through research. Her research focus is dedicated to ankle arthritis, ankle replacement (arthroplasty), flatfoot, and biomechanics. She has been awarded research grants from the Orthopaedic Research & Education Fund (OREF) and Orthopaedic Research Society (ORS)/Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society (RJOS). She has authored numerous peer reviewed research papers and book chapters, and has presented her research at national and international meetings. Dr. Henry is a co-founder of the HSS Total Ankle Replacement Registry to longitudinally study and improve patient outcomes after ankle replacement. As a member of the HSS Total Ankle Replacement Center, she combines research, cutting-edge technology, experience, and collaboration to achieve the best outcome for each patient with ankle arthritis.
