Very unprofessional doctor and staff.

it may take a little longer to get an appointment with Dr. Oneal but he is worth the wait. He looks at the total picture, not just one symptom. I never feel rushed and I feel as though he takes all of my questions and concerns to heart. I make a rather long drive to see him because I have yet to find anyone else as thorough, caring, and precise with a diagnosis. Yes, there may be a wait to see him but you feel confident he is giving everyone the same superior care that you receive when you step in his office. That alone is priceless.

I realize that sometimes there is a wait for my appointment. However, it is worth the wait to have a Doctor who truly takes time with me, explains things and I am not just a number. I find myself thinking that he is taking the same time with others as he does me, so how can I not be patient. I appreciate my Doctor and a how he has helped me through my disease and encouraged me. Great Doc!

Overall you get excellent service from Dr. O'Neal and the entire office staff. The PAs and nurses staff are also excellent. He is a bit business like and direct but very pleasant. He listens and his evaluations and prognosis are right on. He tends more toward a medicinal cure re life style changes (weight, diet, etc) or alternative non-pharma solutions, but will provide an unbiased opinion of non-pharma options if you ask.
