In the summer of 2023, I did not know I had shingles when visiting Dr. Jeremiah Dawson for leg muscle pain. He correctly diagnosed the disease and confirmed his finding with a specialist. I am so fortunate and so thankful for Dr. Dawson.

after waiting 1 1/2 hours due to their mistake in scheduling, Never an apology, and they were verbally upset that we questioned them. Get over it, you ready to go on?.. Should of walked out then. but considering I have a new broken arm/wrist... got worse, He was condescending, arrogant, and put a cast on my arm, and it was set wrong. Now I have to have it RE-BROKE for intensive surgery. (he said was an easy nice break- no problem- so option he gave was for a cast. went to Another Surgeon consult stated, it wasnt even set, and was a bad break that required surgery. I do not recommend this young man who has no manners, and

waited 1 hr, 15 min- there was NO emergency,They just told us Twice the time of appt. then waited 1/2 hr. more. no apologies, he was rude & arrogant, and was NOT communicative and certainly not gentle with broken arm. We Do Not recommend and will Never go back.

after asking if the Dr. excepts my insurances and being told YES we do, so I made an appointment to see the Dr. after waiting three months for that appointment to see the Dr. I was told the DAY BEFORE, THE DAY BEFORE my appointment that oh no we don't except your insurance. I have know idea if the Dr. is good bad or some ware in between I don't no. but I do know that his office help as know idea what there up to. if I had not asked them about my insurance the very first thing, I would blame myself, but I learned a long time ago to make sure that everyone is on the same page. unfortunately for myself I will need to see another Dr. now that I'm three months down the road of pain and suffering. I hope that I don't go another three months to see a Dr. I just hope that the Dr. staff is a little more on the ball then Dr. Dawson staff. thanks for nothing!!

My hip replacement went very well. All the staff from the reception to the physical therapist were very knowledgeable. I recommend to see Dr. Dawson for your surgery needs.

Dr. Dawson is one of the best! I have had two knee replacements by him and I couldn't be happier! He is always there for me, phoning me to see how I'm doing or texting me to answer a question I might have.
