Dr. Jeremiah V. Ojeaburu, MD

I can see that while perhaps at one point in time, Mr. Ojeaburu cared about his patients, but that time has long past in my opinion. Here is a list of things that Mr. Ojeaburu and this medical office fail at: 1. Providing clear instructions 2. Smiling and acknowledging patient needs and humanity 3. Competent staff willing to answer questions 4. Doctors who take care of their bodies (Dr. Ojeaburu is a fat doctor. Bad sign.) Overall, it was the worst medical experience I have ever had. They "cancelled" me as a patient, failed to send me a letter notifying me of such, maintained the phone record confirmation of the appointment, and failed to pull the prescription for the cancelled follow-up appointment. They did so because I complained about the above, AFTER the procedure, WHILE I was recovering from the anesthesia. So, at the most vulnerable moment mentally after the procedure, the deemed that my valid complaints were "too much" for staff.

He's easy to talk to ??, never in a rush to leave.He get's you involve with your care decisions.He's kind and you can tell he loves what he's does,and in it for the right reasons.,?? Keep doing what you doing.

Very please with the kindness this office has. They each contribute to the patient and their time. There was only one nurse that was very unapproachable while triaging my appt. she looked at the computer and it was very business. That felt cold and uncaring.

Very wonderful and caring.
