Dr. Jeremy A Chiles, PhD

Dr Chiles evaluated my 20 yo when they were in residential treatment at Bridge House in Farmington, UT. The neuropsych report, from what I was told, was not administered on the same day, and Dr Chiles allowed the patient to take the myriad psychological tests back to their room and fill them out, which is not the way a neuropsych s/b administered, at least not if you want meaningful results. This is what I was told by United Assessments in NYC. Since Dr Chile’s didn’t administer the tests in the way they were intended, he came to erroneous conclusions, and missed both a personality disorder and a serious, debilitating mental illness. When the results were shared, I asked if there was any way something might have been missed because what he came up with was clearly incomplete (to everyone except Dr Chiles and his partner in crime, the arrogant medical director, Kiera Schlansky). To say they did a poor job would be an understatement. It was a huge waste of time and money, and set us… back. If you want an accurate assessment, look elsewhere. He seems like a nice enough person, but dropped the ball big time, even though he had just the one job, that was it. Caveat emptor.
