Dr. Jeremy Grogg, MD

Dr. Grogg doesn’t care about his patients. He said he isn’t worried about me. He has worse patients than me to worry about. He said he is a numbers guy and my numbers are fine even though my A1C is at its highest, which he didn’t seem to even notice that. Then he wrote up a report like he checked a bunch of things on me when he really didn’t. He barely spent time getting to know what was going on with me. He didn’t seem to care. I went and got the labs done that he ordered and two nurses in the lab said they went to him too and that he did the same thing to them. I don’t recommend Dr. Grogg to anyone. I think this guy skated by doing the minimal in Med School.

What doctor, tells a type one diabetic, “ HE, refuses too do anymore blood work going forward!” WHAT?? When a metabolic panel, is suppose, too be done for : safety of type one diabetic health, insurance standards, and over all better health and diagnosis! He himself told me he does NOT read reviews of him! Thyroid problem, forget his care!

Dr. Grogg spent around 45 min with my husband and me explaining not only my thyroid labs results and imaging, but how a normal thyroid functions vs how mine was functioning. He was very straightforward regarding my diagnosis and treatment options, providing pros and cons for each option. While having a new thyroid diagnosis is upsetting, I walked away knowing I was in good hands and able to make an informed decision. He and his office follow my care closely with labs, phone calls, and office visits. After reading some of these negative reviews, I was worried to see him, but after my initial and subsequent appointments, I am so happy he is my endocrinologist.

I have had Hashimotos for over 15 years, and every four/five years meds need adjustments. He said he doubts I have a thyroid problem. Won't prescribe adjusted med that has worked for me, said take this...what ever he believed was best. I called into office two weeks later, I was very sick, my thyroid was so enlarged it was hard to function. I was told to just keep taking the med for at least two months. I'm not stupid, but he sure is.

I was referred to Dr Grogg by my family physician. I haven't felt good since getting my thyroid removed from cancer. I exercise 40-50 minutes, 5 days a week on the treadmill and I can't lose any weight. Dr Grogg told me that at least my husband and I could fit into the xlarge chair!!! He also told me that my other complaints were in my head!!!! Who does that?? And he's an endocrinologist & metabolism specialist???!!!!

I saw Dr Grogg after having to switch to Fort Wayne endocrinology because of issues with making it to Indy every week , he refused to believe my previous diagnosis as it’s “too rare , your blood sugar isn’t high enough “ he has little to no understanding of how the endocrine system truly works , doesn’t even know what a circadian rythym is or that cyclical cushings and denied my previous diagnosis I’d fought years to get because he didn’t catch a cycle on the first and only test he ran . Please if you value your life find a more credible endo

The person one needs too schedule appointments with is , lackadaisical and in apologetic about her mistakes! Does NOT take her job, seriously! Does NOT follow through, as she, herself, says she will do!!! Causing huge mistakes too occur! Receptionist needs too do as says will do and follow as computer says too do! F - for this rude behavior!

This Endro is a breath of fresh air! He pays attention too invivdual details for patients and excellent insulin pump therapy all around! Reminds me of JOSLIN Clinic teaching! Type one on insulin pump! Type one 34 years top notch care!

I find it hard to believe negative comments. I found Dr. Grogg very personable and informative about my condition. His staff was also very kind and considerate.

Treated very rudely. I waited almost 2 months for an appointment. I have been not myself for almost 3 months. I am in my 50"s and I know when I am not myself! But not according to this DR! My husband went with me to the appointment and we both were astounded at his comments and rudeness. I could barely get out of his office before breaking into tears. I am a strong female who has owned her own business for 16 years and not thin skinned. I am very sorry that my primary physician referred me to him. I will be letting my primary doctor know about the non-treatment provided by this DR. If you are expecting this DR to help you find out what is going on with you DON'T GO! He does not do that sort of thing, his own words! So if you already have a diagnosis maybe if you can put up with the rudeness. However I would be greatly concerned if you ever needed him to figure something out if things did not go as planned.
