Jeremy Hogstrom, DO

Dr. Jeremy Hogstrom, DO, practices at CommonSpirit Medical Group - Internal Medicine - Hixson Pike and is a member of the American College of Physicians. When he was young, Dr. Jeremy Hogstrom did not immediately know he wanted to be part of the medical community; however, he was inspired after watching his mother establish strong relationships with her patients as a home-health physical therapist. With family living in vastly different places across the country, Dr. Hogstrom also noted the discrepancies in access to care in rural versus populated areas. Dr. Hogstrom chose his career path as a primary care internal medicine physician to advocate for preventative care and encourage his patients to attain lifestyle to achieve their best health. Dr. Hogstrom worked as a phlebotomist at CommonSpirit before entering medical school and is thrilled to once again be part of the CommonSpirit team.
