Dr. Jeremy Richard Oliver, DO

Beware of this office and how they conduct business. When you have lab work done you are expected to log in to read and analyze the results yourself and then contact them to arrange to have any medications changed. I dropped them like a hot potato after I discovered this, after I had waited over 6 months for them to call me back to go over lab results as Dr. Oliver promised he would do during my last visit. I left a comment and was met with a snide remark from the good doctor. If this is an example of their business ethics I want no part of it when it involves my health. I have since changed primary care physicians who called me and discussed lab results in detail over the phone. I mentioned to my new doctor how I was treated by Dr. Oliver's office and he just shook his head. Also, I went to a dermatologist recently and they called and discussed in length some tests I had done. Dr. Oliver may think his way is how things are done throughout the medical field but they are not. … He is a young doctor who will either eventually grow up and learn how to properly run a medical office or he will continue to lose patients.

Dr. Oliver and office are great. You do not wait for your scheduled visit. Dr. Oliver takes time with his patients which is hard to find these days. I would recommend if you are looking for a new Primary doc.
