I continue to be amazed that Dr. Stapleton arrives in the exam/consultation room without a computer. He sits down and actually looks at me as I describe my issues. He acknowledges that I am the one who knows my body best, and he doesn't automatically reach for a prescription pad to deal with them. His office staff is extremely timely in responding to questions/concerns, and actual procedures are conducted with military precision. I regret that five stars is the highest rating I can give.

I have been a patient of this doctor for years and have always had problems with their staff. They are unsympathetic, rude, and act like it is a burden to get patients help. They are never available by phone and are bad at answering messages. When I was late for a procedure it took 6 days for them to get back to me and when they did they gave me rude excuses and did not apologize. It made me feel shamed to pursue my medical necessities.

Did my colonoscopy, came out and explained procedure to me in detail, very easy to talk to and conveys information to you in layman's language easy to understand.

Dr. Stapleton explained everything prior to surgery and came in after to explain results. The entire experience was wonderful, from checking in to leaving. He is a professional with an wonderful attitude and I would highly recommend him to anyone!!
