I recently had surgery performed by Dr. Dickinson. It was a very good experience all the way around. The pre-op office visit was clear and the staff was professional. The Johnston Health team were excellent, the anesthetist was clear and thorough. Dr. Dickinson was professional, kind, clear and thorough. Dr. Dickinson suspected a diagnosis within minutes of seeing me. Her initial diagnosis was confirmed by ct scan on the same day within her facility and surgery was performed within a week to correct the problem. This had been an ongoing, misdiagnosed, excruciating problem for several years. Dr. Dickinson is an outstanding diagnostician and surgeon. She has a lovely demeanor and positive, honest bedside manner. Her team is comprised of highly skilled, intelligent, caring professionals that value your time, dignity, and patient rights. They understand what it means to provide excellent customer service in the medical field. I highly recommend Dr. Dickinson and her team should you find the need to see a surgeon.
