A very knowledgeable surgeon who was generous with his time and explained thoroughly the nature of my condition and treatment options. I really liked this guy and appreciated his honest, direct approach. thanks to you Dr Mueller.

First off his LVN is the absolute rudest and unprofessional nurse or person for that matter that I have ever seen in any type of medical office,hospital etc. First off she barges you into a room,pretty much yells at you to sit down,she did not know how to take a leg brace off and her the only answer is the insurance company does not allow this or we can't to do this or the Dr won't do this.I've seen her be out right mean to an 80yr old patient.God forbid if you remind her of something she forgot. I was actually waiting in a exam room for 2 hrs.I asked about when it was my turn twice and on the third time she laughed and said oh I forget put up the marker and I forgot about you. I've been then numerous times and each time I wasn't seen till a min of 1.5 hrs past my apt time. The receptionist is also rude.She never knows what's going on and good luck with ever getting a return phone call.Dont count on them to fax or fed any type of request or order to anyone as you will be waiting… weeks. Had knee surgery on meniscus and 91 days later hurt the same knee for the same thing.Was told they only cover their work for 90 days. The nurse needs to retire and it is shocking that she still had a job working with people let alone patients. Would not let give 0 * rating.

Dr. Mueller has been my doctor for many years. I trust him to treat all my aches and pains. Whenever I have a new problem, I am given an appointment right away, whereas at other doctors offices, I sometimes have to wait months. He explains to me what he sees on xrays, which makes me better understand what is going on in my body. I would highly recommend Dr. Mueller to my family and friends.

Doctor is nice but old fashioned and spends as little time as possible with you. Seems when you ask questions it is time for him to move to next patient and move you out. I would not allow another surgery from him and suggest at his age while he still has it all together up on top he retire and enjoy life.

I like dr. Mueller, however he would not sign for a Hemi Walker. I live alone & NEED one so I won't fall again. His reasoning? He's only seen me once. Actually, he's seen me twice. Once at the hospital & once at his office. Will he deny me a sling also? It makes no sense at all. My primary doctor is gone & the office is in chaos. They say they'll send the the fax but never do. Why deny needed equipment? It's not right.

Stella I believe her name is, treated me very badly throughout my entire experience with doctor Mueller She needs to study up on her courteous skills and treat patients like a person not a insurance card!!!

Dr. Mueller has been my family's doctor for over 18 years. Throughout the years he has always been very thorough, and genuinely cares about his patients. I would, and do, recommend Dr. Mueller for anyone looking for a quality Orthopedic Surgeon.

Very good surgeon, but very poor people skills.
