I brought my daughter in by referral. . she got her an ear cleaning and her hearing tested... I brought up her problen with sleep he advised write away i remove the Adonis and tonsils. . He took a look at the back of my daughter s nose with a camera but asked me to spit on it first for lubrication. ...then sent it to the back OF her nose I didnt know at first What was that all about but i couldn't shake how uncomfortable i felt sharing germs with my 4 yr. Old, mind u i was getting over a cold... I think it was an insult. ..!! His personality all together was very intimidating, i tried asking questions andHe woukd respond with wait im tring to explain but frustrated. He was not personable and friendly and if your not that with a family how can u care !!.The first vist and the last!!!

This man should not interact with people. He is arrogant. Please, do yourself a favor and find another ENT. There are plenty of good ones in the area. He gave me a misdiagnosis, causing me and my family great distress. When it was brought to his attention by accurate test results, he could not admit his error or apologize for the agony he caused. I am writing this review as a public service announcement. Don't let this happen to you.

he is great at what he does but he is not pleasant at all. He hardly smiles and when I would ask questions his answers were sarcastic. my 5 yr old son goes to him for his eartubes and never looks forward to going. He is not very personable with children. No small talk or anything to.get to know them.

Over an hour wait blamed on difficulty with electronic medical records system. An ENT outside the group noticed pertinent info based on overlooked test results.
