Dr. Jerome Sanford Weiskopf, MD

I had a great experience with Dr. He removed the cancer from my leg and everything went very well. Would recommend him to anyone.

My daughter had an initial 'consultation' that he charged $120 and said it would not be covered by insurance. She was referred to Dr. Weiskopf from our primary care doctor and was under the impression it was to be a medical issue not cosmetic. She paid the $120 instead of $30 co-pay. He spent a total of 5 minutes with her and was completely unprofessional by showing her pictures of some women on his cell phone and taking a phone call. He really didn't even look at her issue. He then proceeded to tell her that he would charge her around $600 for the procedure and it would not be covered by insurance. His office then sends out an informed consent form in the mail saying that she has an appointment and required a pre-payment of $650 one week before her appointment. Well we received the letter on a Friday with a due date of Monday. The letter also says that if we want to cancel the surgery we needed to do it with in one week of the surgery or they would charge us a 'service fee'. … I called immediately to cancel the appointment. I would definitely look elsewhere

After a fall on ice, I fractured my cheek and eye socket. I was referred to Dr wieskopf by the er. I found him to me funny and caring, plain spoken and down to earth. I believe his comments and humor could be misinterpreted to be rude or not politically correct, but this was not the case. I think his attitude helped me get through a very rough and scarry time for me. I hope I don't need any more surgery, but would not hesitate to use him. It turned out he was not in my network so I had to pay out of pocket just to use him, a choice I'm glad I made. Very good surgeon, and all around nice guy.

I very much regret in not choosing Dr weiskopf as my plastic surgeon. Doing so has cost me an additional $8500. Had I gone with him in the beginning, I would've save myself this amount, plus the $7000 that I already paid my surgeon. Dr. Weiskoff is a true professional and his field.

How dare you say that about dr. Weiskopf? Shame on you He is an excellent, caring, kind physician. And, he's a good man to boot. I would highly recommend him, his office and his services. He is above par on all of these levels and then some.

He does not care if you have infections, he makes you feel bad if that you have an infection. I was constant sexually harassed at each visit and he has a TERRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER. Why he continues to be able to get away with this is beyond me.
