If I could give negative I would. Spent less than ten minutes on my husbands appt., did not have any disregard to his concerns, brushed him off, got results that they also brushed off. Told us now that the problem reoccurred that he coul come back for ANOTHER biopsy and pay for another session for them to run the tests they should have ran the first time.

Dr cossette is a very very good doctor. His staff sucks though. I am or was a patient suffering from severe sinus infections. My insurance changed so theappointment I had they cancelled because I ddidn't have the new I'd cards. I went to reschedile being that I am in pain and having great difficultybut was told they ccouldn't see me due to a 40 $ balance. I gave them my debit card info over the phone . So can I see the doctor now...well we can't schedule you until you talk to the office manager..left 5 messages on her voicemail she never called me back ..over a four day period. Di am now in the hospital with a bone infection due to sinus infection gone untreated.
