Had a good experience, fix my hands and shoulder no regreat going to see him....

I had no problem with the Dr. it was his office staff that I found completely incompetent. The apt girl is a joke for starters. Cannot seem to make a apt on the day she she tells patients then puts it in her book wrong. Not too much of a problem. I paid the no sho fee and promptly ended my relationship with that office. Strangely enough 5 months passed and I start getting 2 more no show bills out of the blue demanding payment! Every month in highlight.... month after month. I waited it out. If this is how they must make their $$$) it’s very sad. I understand the office girl has some sort of an issue but get it together. You only got a bit of “your” $$ when all was said and done. And I tell everyone I know about how you do things!!!!!! I swear by Carpenter! Dr Crum, you should check on you lil office girl from time to time.

Dr. Crum is the best. He explained every thing so you understand all your opinion.

The office staff was simply fabulous. They treat you like they are happy to see you. Dr. Crum is the nicest doctor I have been too. He cares about taking his time with you and I've heard from many people that his surgeries are the most efficient in town. 100% recommend everyone to Dr Crum that needs help with orthopedic problems.

they make appointments without telling you. they are very rude, they reschudel appointment and not tell you until you show up for your appointment, they don't follow up like hey said they will, they lie and tell you they need to get referral when they don't need too. the doctor can't even get to work on time, ect.......

I was not happy with Dr.Crum and staff. Especially the staff. As a patient of Eagle Summit Orthopedics I felt like a number. They were so busy it was hard to get anything done from them. I also felt like all they cared about was getting there money from MY insurance co. I will never go there again.

Excellent patient care and a very good surgeon. He did my shoulder surgery and i was back to work that next week.

My husband went to him in pain~~ Said it was a herniated disc in his back and would not help him or listen that it was in his hip, Guess what turned out to be a huge tumor in his hip. Maybe should listen with something else besides your wooden ears.. Could have saved us a lot of money and grief!!
