Dr. Jerry Aglibut Soriano, MD

I had no problem with this physician. The office manager was quite nasty. I forgot to bring some paper work and was willing to reschedule since It was my fault and she got very upset & called my doctors office to get the needed paper work. She then let me know how upset the office mgr at my personal Dr's office is that I forgot to bring this paperwork and that she would feel the same way herself. I didn't know that I was going to Dr Soriano's to be reprimanded like I am in grade school. This got me very upset and that is contrary to the reason for going to the doctor. I know that it was inconvenient that I did not have that piece of paper but being so unprofessional over having to make a phone call to my doctor when the office only had one other patient was totally unnecessary.
