I was Dr Yang's patient for over 8 years. At first I thought he was great. But then as time went on, and my health got to the point where I needed to be referred to an area of specialty, that is where things went downhill. He would tell me to continue to take pain medication, and would not order the proper tests that were needed. Long story short, I am now battling an addiction to pain killers, and will probably have to go into some sort of rehab program. At 55 years,old, I never thought my life would end up this way. I believe many doctors are "in bed" with the pharmaceutical companies. I have heard from several people that Kaiser doctors receive "bonuses" every year for saving the company $$$$ by not order expensive tests, referring patients to areas of specialty, etc. I know believe this is true, and refer to those bonuses as "blood money."
