Dr. Jerryl Lynn Rubin

I have been seeing Dr. Rubin for a few years, now, and she has helped me to overcome a good number of challenges in my life. She's a great listener, but she's also great at nudging me along when I don't quite have the words for what I want to say. She has helped me to view my experiences and problems in a larger context, and that strengthened my ability to move beyond them.Dr. Rubin is fantastic!

It is almost like the saying the blind leading the blind. i was having problems with my teen and the "Doctor" (I use the word loosely) talked about her childrens problems more than listening to mine. Doctor Rubin seems out of it and makes out of the ordinary rants that have little basis in todays world. I am not any better after talking to her. Only confused.

I choose to remain nameless as I have gone to Doctor a few visits. My main issue is that after getting to hear her ideas of my dilemma she seems to be herself, out of touch with reality. Her movements to me suggested that she has some sort of substance problems. I saw this from two visits over a couple of months. Doctor just enjoyed rambling on and it seemed very messy and all over the place with her words. I could tell on certain days she seemed mentally preoccupied with her own home issues. I feel when I am paying for a professional meeting that I should in fact be receiving a professional.

I met Dr. Rubin back in 2000. I was in terrible shape, I actually hadn't slept in 10 days and cried all the time, I felt as if I were having a nervous breakdown. I was referred to Dr. Rubin by a friend of mine and called for an appointment. Her secretary Margo, at the time, was sympathetic and made me an appointment right away. When I went to my appointment I was a mess mentally. Dr. Rubin put me at ease the second I stepped into her office. I told her I hadn't slept in 10 days and explained to her my situation. She was eager to help, and continueously set my mind at ease. For the first time in a long time I had a doctor who truly cared about helping me. I would recommend Dr. Rubin to everyone, if you think you are all alone and will never find someone who truly cares, worry no more, Dr. Rubin can take a terrible situation and help you figure out just what it is you need. Thank you Dr. Rubin for being there for me, I am forever grateful for all you have done to help me.....May… God richly Bless you for all you have done to make my life complete.

Will put in the time, but will turn around and guilt you over doing so. So, she holds doing her job against her paitents.Will also make appointments for clients WITHOUT CLIENTS KNOWLEDGE, & then get upset when client doesn't show for appointment they didn't make.
