I was new in the area and did a research on the ob-gyn ‘s providers from my insurance and picked Dr Matthews. I went because I realized I was pregnant for the first time, went to the appt with my blood exam results and everything in order to start doing my pregnancy check ups with her. First of all, I had to almost beg her to do an ultrasound to check on the baby and we weren’t able to see anything. Next visit, she “thought” we were able to see something on the previous one and did an ultrasound once again. Unsuccessfully, she did not see a thing on the ultrasound (now I know she has a super old ultrasound machine that might have been the issue) After that, she told me I may not be pregnant after all; I never had pain, bleeding or anything and she said I was just not pregnant anymore. Saying that to a first time mother, is not just a comment, opinion or diagnosis. I underwent several blood tests to corroborate if I was pregnant and each one indicated POSITIVE. Even though I asked… her to do ultrasounds, she refused because despite I waited a while for my appointments, I was attended at the end and she no longer had time to do ultrasound. After that, went to check with another obgyn, she had a better equipment, better attitude, I was able to see my baby since the first visit, and now I’m happily waiting to deliver my first baby boy.

Very rude. Rolls her eyes at me and made me go back to her clinic numerous times without giving any pain management or any advice at all

Was in pain and bleeding for so long went to office many times she would just stare at me and never give answers didn't even give any pain medications of advices to manage my pain or why I was bleeding heavily. Cold unfeeling distant and withdrawn. She would roll her eyes and just make a sound like " hmm!" I always felt I wasted my time going to her.

staff called me that i have scheduled follow up check up, went in and the moment Dr. Mathews saw me she gave me a look and asked " why are you here?!!' wide eyes and acted as if i wasted her time. went home thinking, wow! what an attitude! 'twas my last and will never go back!

Been her patient for years but I'm transferring to a different Doctor.

Quiet office, nice staff. Dr. Jeselle is very patient and so pretty.

Their computer system was down, but my appointment still went smooth. great care!!

Bedside manner is poor. Aloof and very strict
