Dr. Jess Harding Mullens, MD

It was my first time seeing Dr. Mullens regarding pain in my right foot for over a month. When he first walked in he immediately had an awesome demeanor: very lively, energetic, and friendly. He explained things very well in terms for me to understand. I like that he gave me printouts with explanations of exercises I can do at home, as well as a printout of the type of shoe he would recommend, with info on where I can purchase it. He even gave me samples of an ointment for my pain until a referring pharmacy mailed me the rest of my prescription. The only thing that I would say that was slightly unflattering was his fast speech. This could be his normal persona. But again, he was very energetic and talked pretty fast. So sometimes I had to pause him to ask questions for clarification. But this is not a deal breaker. I still overall had a pretty awesome experience. He was never rude, was kind, and very professional.

My visit with Dr Mullins was thorough and very pleasant. He answered all my questions re my surgery recovery and going forward. All the staff I interacted with during my visit were very professional and pleasant

Dr. Mullens is great! Was very prompt and answered all my questions about my broken ankle. Very professional. Hope I don’t need his services again anytime in the near future, but if I do, he would be my Doctor of choice!

I have had an 8 month ordeal with my ankle, none of which was due to Dr Mullens. But he was there to give me the best care the entire time! Yesterday, he performed corrective surgery on my ankle, which will allow me to walk again without assistance! He even promised me that I would be able to dance again! He is the very BEST! He is very caring and thorough with me! I trust him 100%!
