We saw Dr. Meeks after we were discharged from the hospital for our first pediatric appointment. She is awesome! She actively anticipates concerns a new parent might have and helps frame anything that might be going on with our little one with appropriate context (ex: something is elevated but still within normal ranges; when to be concerned & what to look for). She also left us with plenty of time to ask follow up questions. She left us with options and guidance around confirming certain test results (ex: one could be expedited more than another but would be more uncomfortable for the newborn). My wife and I both feel like our newborn is in good hands with her.

My daughter has seen Dr. Meeks since birth (almost 14 now) and we have a pattern that for a few days after every appointment, one of us will randomly say “ I love Dr. Meeks” and the other will smile and nod in agreement. She’s the sweetest and she’s amazing at letting you know what to expect through different stages. My daughter feels VERY comfortable with her.
