Dr. Allert agreed to see me for a torn labrum in my shoulder. I quickly realized I was in the care of a very gifted and talented physician. It wasn't only that Dr. Allert was able to quickly explain the details, causes and remedies for my injury. It was the calming, affable and personable way he discussed the options that were available. Dr. Allert is a great listener and clearly views his patients as important partners on the road to recovery. I left Dr. Allert's office feeling not only physically improved from his treatment but grateful for the good fortune of meeting such a knowledgeable and caring doctor. Highly recommend.

I’m writing this review about Dr. Jesse Allert, with my husband, we are both so thankful for his surgical talent Dr. Allert has shared with us. My Husband fell off our front porch while working on it and had severe multiple rotator cuff complete tear damage to his primary right shoulder along with nerve damage. Not knowing who to go to and being turned down by 2 orthopedic doctors/surgeons because of the complexity of the injury. This was devasting news since John is a carpenter and needs to be able to have full range of motion and a good working, strong arm to continue in his line of business. I went to the web and searched something like “massive rotator cuff repair” Dr. Jesse Allert came up. Knowing nothing about this doctor we scheduled a consultation, and we were thoroughly impressed. Dr Allert was very realistic about the damage and potential surgical outcomes. We were given 2 options (simplifying our discussion) repair or replace the shoulder. Both options were not a slam… dunk, had pro & cons with each option. We chose repair. The replacement was so permanent, giving up your body parts for something foreign to the body. We all knew and accepted that a repair would be a challenge for the doctor, his team and for John. A shoulder replacement would be the last resort. We are absolutely thrilled with the shoulder rotator cuff repair results. There was/is a long road to recovery well over 6-9 months of exercise, therapy, internal healing to see the positive results of the surgery and a shoulder/arm on the mend. John was diligent exercising/stretching the shoulder and strengthening the arm over and beyond physical therapy sessions. Being patient was key. Now a year after the accident John is back at work as a carpenter, continuing to strengthen his arm. We are grateful for finding Dr. Alert. We highly recommend him, truly a compassionate, patient, doctor and talented surgeon. Working with his office team has been a pleasure to work with as well.

I was truly fortunate to have Dr. Jesse Allert on call after I incurred a severe trauma of my lower leg where I experienced a compound fracture. Dr. Allert made me feel totally relaxed and comfortable in the emergency room after the shock of my accident. He explained everything going on around me with all the activity of the ER team. He also put me at ease throughout my trauma by setting my expectations and explaining all the details of what was happening before, during and after surgery. Furthermore, after surgery I was truly impressed with Dr. Allert's post operative care and dedication to my case in the hospital and the office. After beiing laid up for six weeks and a month of Physical Therapy, I feel great and my wound is healing extremely well due to Dr. Allert's outstanding surgical skills. I knew I was in great hands when I was welcomed by Mercedes and the entire team at Resoration Orthopedic for my post operative care. They were all encouriging, extremely caring and… thorough. The RO team made me feel comfortable and welcome with each office visit. I strongly recommend Dr. Allert and the entire team at Restoration Orthopedic for all your Orthopedic needs. I guarantee you will be extremely satisfied with your care and most importantly, feeling and looking great with the end results.

I highly recommend Dr. Allert. He treated my shoulder and the pain is gone! He really takes his time on the appointment. It’s not rushed at all. The office is friendly and professional. Definitely recommend Dr. Allert!

Don’t even bother trying to find anyone else!!They are kind, thorough and Dr. Allert explains everything in detail and makes you feel so comfortable-he treats you with respect and truly cares about his patients. His staff never hesitated to answer any of our questions.

After seeing 2 shoulder surgeons and not liking my options I saw Dr Allert after my son in law recommended. I had a complete rotator cuff tear. Dr. Allert repaired my tear and I now have complete range of motion and I’m getting my strength back. I am so grateful to him and his staff.

I have been trying for a few weeks now to put into words my feelings about Dr. Jessie Allert and the way he took care of me during an emergency injury I suffered from falling down an entire flight of steps. I was SO LUCKY to meet him at Chilton Hospital since he was on call for emergency trauma duty that day. The moment he walked into the room I felt safe, which was very surprising to me since I was so frightened. As soon as Dr. Jesse started to speak to me it was obvious that he was an extremely kind, caring and VERY smart man. It initially took some time to diagnose what was wrong with me because of issues with swelling and bruising from the fall. When it became apparent I would need surgery that is when Dr. Jesse stepped in and took charge. He spoke to myself and my family and made us feel so much better about the situation. The surgery went well but there was a moment afterwards when I didn’t wake up as I should have and ended up in ICU. That was very scary for both Dr. Jesse… and my family. I am so grateful that he was there for them in those moments and for me throughout this entire experience. I had an additional issue in rehab where I developed a staph infection which concerned him. He continued to go above and beyond, keeping an eye on me and my condition even without being completely affiliated with the rehab facility my insurance placed me in. I would recommend Dr. Jesse not only for his skills and his ability - but just as important to many patients for his personality and caring nature. It was always a great experience to go see him, to be able to understand exactly what was happening or what the next steps were because he took the time to explain them carefully. He always made sure I understood what my options were and exactly what was happening. When I went in for my last appointment with him I knew I didn’t want to say goodbye, but I had to move on from this injury for my own sake and for my family. I do know I would recommend him without hesitation to my family and friends when someone needs an orthopedic surgeon. If you are considering him, please make the right decision, so you can be as lucky as I was to be cared for by him. I can guarantee you will have the same wonderful experience that I did with Dr. Jesse Allert and the entire staff at Restoration Orthopedics.

I had a traumatic rotator cuff tear that was so severe I had no movement in my right arm. Immediately, Dr Allert knew the path we would take together and set it into action. Within days, he performed a 4 hour surgery on my right rotator cuff. My results are amazing. With Dr. Allert's guidance and expertise, I am now back to having great range of motion and my strength is beyond what I hoped for a after such a terrible complete tear. As an athlete, I can honestly write that Dr. Allert gave me back my life. A life without movement and daily workouts would have been extremely depressing for me. I highly recommend Dr. Allert, not only for his high level of competence, but also for his warmth and empathy.
