I called into the office on Saturday 11/3. I woke up with Pink Eye and called the answering service to see if an on call doctor could assist. They took my information and Michelle the doctors assistant called me back. I asked if i could have some eye drops called in after explaining i woke up with pink eye. She stated she could not write anything without being seen. So in order to get my eye drops i would have to go into their office to pay my deductible only to be told i have pink eye and then have to pay to get the drops on top of this. Then she states well the other option is to go to an urgent care which would cost me more than just my deductible to be told the same thing I already know. She then tells me in order to receive a medical service you must pay for a medical service and then compares this to going to the Publix, saying you just can't go into the store and get things you have to pay for them? Are we seriously comparing medical service to buying a loaf of bread? I then… told her that was terrible and having to pay to just get told I had pink eye was inconvenient and not good customer service. Someone should look into this and try to accommodate their patients rather than getting money.

Dr. Johnson has steered me thru many crisis situations. He is competent, compassionate, and involved in my health care. h

Dr. Johnson is the best doctor EVER.....very caring and easy to talk with about your health issues. We have been going to him for over 30 years and are very pleased....just wish he was still on staff at the hospital.

I LOVE Dr J and the staff. Only negativity is when I was there a week ago Dr J said he would have all meds in my file ready for the Pharmacy to fax over to get when I needed them, and Last Fri I had the pharmacy try to get 1 f my meds and it is now Tue and still the pharmacy has not heard anything.

We have been going to Dr. Johnson for several years now. After being with Dr J for about a year Richard started having some issues. Dr. J and his nurse, Caterina have given us the best of care, even seeing us at least once a week, when needed. I thank God everyday for this wonderful team of health specialists.

Dr Johnson has been our Primary Care Dr for many years. He and the whole staff are wonderful, friendly, and make you feel you are special. Mostly other then the regular scheduled appts for regular check ups, I have had to call and try to get in the same day. That is only when I am very sick. They are always able to get me in.

Having a Dr. that I can trust is very important to me. He has been my Dr. for many years, as well as.other family members. He is always patient and shows genuine concern no matter the problem. Never feel rushed through the appt.
